Hey there, sports fans! I’m Benjamin Meredith Jr, a lifelong sports enthusiast with a love for all things competitive—especially basketball, football, and college athletics. I’m a big fan of the UNC Tar Heels, following in my dad’s footsteps, and I never miss an NFL game.
My love of sports started the moment I picked up a basketball as a kid. I played basketball from age 5 to 16 and also tried my hand at football, cross country, soccer, and track. While I may not be the star athlete on the court, I’ve always thrived on being part of a team—whether that’s cheering from the sidelines, hyping up my teammates, or helping out in practice as a scout player to make the team better.
Around age 14, I discovered my passion for the media side of sports. I started creating videos on YouTube and TikTok and began writing here on this blog. This past football season, I was even invited onto a local talk show focused on high school sports, which inspired me to launch my own podcast here.
I’m a quick thinker with a memory for stats and a love for storytelling. My goal is to celebrate sports, spotlight the players and teams I admire, and share that excitement with anyone who loves the game as much as I do. Whether it’s breaking down a play, sharing a stat, or cheering someone on, I’m here to bring energy, insight, and a little humor to every corner of the sports world.
